The spring loaded angle armature is designed to adjust with your blade for precise blade setup. The armature is designed to ride on the blade's body without contacting the teeth for accuracy. Accurate within 0.5 degrees.

To Measure Blade Height: Enlarged view of image By disengaging the tensioning spring, the height armature is used to measure the height of your table saw blade. Accurate within 1/64".

Blade to Fence Distance: The base has a 6 1/2" ruler with 1/32" increments.
